2. Production & Dispatch Time

All items are made to order, requiring approximately 11-12 weeks production time before dispatch.
This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to demand, material availability, or complexity of design.

3. Delivery Method

Orders are dispatched via trusted courier or postal services.
Tracking may be provided where applicable.

4. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier network issues

• Weather or environmental disruptions

• High seasonal volume

• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Once dispatched, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier.

5. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, any re-delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.
