Welcome to Pin The Tail. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any purchase you make from pinthetail.co.uk. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or place an order.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age; and

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Product Information

All products are handmade to order. Due to their artisanal construction, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted items and shall not be considered defects.

4. Production Time & Order Processing

Once your order has been placed and accepted, production will begin.
Please allow approximately 12 weeks for your item to be made before dispatch.
Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and material availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing:

After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted, as production will have commenced.

6. Returns & Refunds

All products are bespoke and handmade to order, and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

Upon assessment, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times vary depending on courier services and location.
We are not responsible for courier delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If an item is returned due to failed delivery or incorrect address, re-delivery charges will be payable by the customer.

8. Product Care & Safety

Our accessories include delicate components such as rhinestones, gems, and specialist finishes. To preserve your item:

  • Handle with care and avoid excessive pressure, pulling, or bending

  • Store in its original packaging or a soft pouch when not in use

  • Avoid contact with water, humidity, perfume, hairspray, lotions, oils, and cleaning chemicals

  • Clean only with a soft, dry cloth

  • Do not use water, cleaning sprays, or solvents

Safety Warning

Keep away from fire and open flames.
Our products are not designed to withstand heat and should not be used near candles, heaters, lighters, or any ignition source.

Child & Pet Safety

Our accessories are not toys. Keep away from children and pets at all times to avoid injury or choking hazards.

We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care and safety instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, images, branding, and product photography, is the property of Pin The Tail Accessories LTD and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or commercial use of our designs or content is strictly prohibited. Any breach of our intellectual property rights may result in legal action to protect our brand, reputation, and creative work.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
We do not store full payment card details and do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Damage caused through misuse or failure to follow care instructions

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
